Processing time is 3-5 business days , Wigs made in within 3-5business days . Hair extensions & Wigs  are shipped between in 3-5 business days tracking information can be found in your email.

We are not responsible for lost items after shipping every thing has to be taken up with USPS 

Expect Delays due to covid all packages are shipped out on time, however it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic this matter is beyond our control.
